Gladkokken Restaurant
Jan Henrik Syversen, better known as Gladkokken, is one of Norway's largest and most visited food blogs and food profiles in social media, and on the 8th of April 2024 he opened his very first restaurant in Østbanehallen. At Gladkokken Restaurant, the concept is simple, hearty food and little pretentiousness.
On the second floor of Østbanehallen, you will find the hall’s newest addition, Gladkokken Restaurant. With comfort food from all over the world and several of his most delicious dishes on the menu, the goal is for people to come to the restaurant and really enjoy themselves.
No shortcuts are taken when the food is prepared on the charcoal grill’s Rolls Royce, Josper. With this grill, the food gets its very own aroma, which brings out the most delicious flavors from the good ingredients. In addition to quality food, you will find several exciting drinks, good wines and beers.
Østbanehallen Ute
In the premises of Østbanehagen, Oslo’s coziest city garden, you will now find Gladkokken Ute. Here you can lower your shoulders and relax with good food and drink, such as a juicy Josper-grilled burger or hearty street food.
